Elaine completed her Master’s degree in 2023. She led project an acoustic monitoring project studying nightjar distribution like the Eastern Whip-poor-will and the Chuck-will’s-widow in southern Illinois. Elaine is currently a PhD Student at Virginia Tech studying cerulean warblers.
