Rebecca is a master’s student managing the Sounds of Nature citizen science project. The project involves the deployment of autonomous recording units (ARUs) across Southern Illinois to better understand bird communities and other soundscape characteristics. Besides research, Rebecca enjoys painting, riding her longboard, and exploring the outdoors.
